Welcome Reception

Wednesday 13 September 2017, 6-9pm

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Cape Town Convention Centre. The welcome ceremony will begin in Auditorium 1 followed by canapes and drinks being served to the sounds of a marimba band in the Ballroom.

Gala Dinner

Saturday 16 September 2017, 7pm until late

The Gala Dinner will be held in the Exhibition Hall 3.  On arrival guests will enjoy a refreshment while African face-painters mingle with guests and decorate their faces with traditional African artwork.

Enjoy a sit-down dinner and experience flavours of local cuisine.  Entertainment will include gumboot dancing by conference delegates, talented local performers and finally… party the night away to the sounds of local and international dance music.
