Covidence is a not-for-profit service working in partnership with Cochrane to improve the production and use of systematic reviews for health and wellbeing.
Our mission
As systematic reviewers ourselves, we were frustrated at the systems available to reviewers to produce timely, high-quality evidence - so we've dedicated ourselves to making tools that make systematic reviewing faster, easier and more enjoyable!
Our partners
Our work started as research prototypes, developed at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne Australia (Covidence) and Instituto de Efectividad Clinica Y Sanitaria (EROS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As our work grew we created an Australian non-profit organisation to turn these prototypes into Covidence.
Where we're headed
Covidence is the foundation for a new approach to systematic reviewing. We are deeply involved in the efforts by Cochrane and others to create the next generation of review production systems, crowd sourcing and new production models to create the evidence systems of the future.
We are deeply committed to the public good purpose of evidence-informed decision making. If you share our mission and passion and want to partner or work with us, get in contact - we would love to talk.
