Description:
This workshop is intended for newcomers to RevMan Web. RevMan (Review Manager) is the software used to prepare and maintain Cochrane Reviews, and is also available to other review authors. RevMan Web is the first major redesign of this software since 2008 and it’s entering Beta in 2017.

This workshop offers the opportunity to learn first-hand how to use the software to prepare an intervention review. Users will be guided through a hands-on exercise to demonstrate the systematic review writing process using RevMan Web, including interactions with complementary tools, and understand how this differs from the existing RevMan 5 software. We will cover the future development roadmap of RevMan Web and how both versions of RevMan will operate within the Cochrane review ecosystem and complement each other for the foreseeable future.

Note: Participants should bring their own laptop or tablet to participate in the hands-on session, or will be able to share with other participants.
